Spent Christmas at a hotel that had amazing amenities- the gym was great and there was a heated pool that was a godsend. The location was ideal as it was close to major attractions. The staff was always helpful, and the breakfast buffet was abundant.

The room was not up to par. There were bugs in the room, and the bed sheets were dingy.
